2009.11.22捷豹杯
身為富士車手,理當積極參與.......
可是我沒登山車呀...所以一個月前對這場比賽意興闌珊....
誰知車店說台灣登山車王--劉書銘有報名!!!
這不撩落去怎行呢!!
就醬準備了半個月,學了一點登山車技巧...期待跟高手對決~~~
結果勒...今天報到才知被耍了...劉書銘根本沒報名...
只來了他三個學弟.....哀...激不起我的鬥志啦~~~
45km競賽路線要晃屏東地區幾個山區部落...

20091031來去捷安特杯練車
但是開賽前才知道只繞三圈,不到40km距離不夠玩戰術....
反正做該做的事就對了

富士訓練營10.10-大盤大盤我恨你
他當天的訓練課表是--埔里to武嶺=>全程掛大盤
我一直笑他是神經病~~呵呵呵
10.10訓練前會議時,大家表情都很凝重,到底發生啥事呀!!
原來這兩天是高強度訓練
大家都要當神經病---第一天全程掛大盤
新成員胤之也皮皮挫,訓練前趕快按摩....
熱身掛小盤爬東山....再見了小盤~~~
接著就開始殺~殺~殺~殺~殺~

Training at Tainan
I stay at Tainan near a Velodrome for 2 months.
However, track training is not my main job.
I ride county road 182 every morning.
It's a hilly route. The climb always kills me T_T(crying)

Track Bike Training with kids
I will join 4km Individual Pursuit,
and 4km Team Pursuit wiht PingTung County team.
So that I have to training with PingTung County team.
The members are very young( 13~15 years old).
But they are natural borned cyclists(skinny body).
With good training, they will have good result in the future.
