i am going to finish the season in 10 days.

there are only 2 races left, which are very importat for next year.

even though i had caught cold after tour de East Java

i am now getting better and better.

as for the japan cup (amateur open), we have to win this race, no matter how.

to finish the season, last but not least.

i am focusing on this race...

 十月三號我與好友 Stefan Cohnen (Differdange-Magic Sportfood.de 車隊) 參加了德國的 Rund um die Burg 職業賽。 此賽的特色是每年幾乎都是 140 人大集團衝刺作收! 幾乎從來沒有人逃脫，很緊張刺激，今年也一樣。  因為要贏大集團衝刺實在是太難了，所以 Stefan 跟我一起合作。 最後一圈時，Stefan 幫我領騎做火車頭準備讓我做最後的衝刺。我們合作的天衣無縫，但是很可惜的我只差了冠軍一點點進站!  不果我跟 Stefan…

We went to East Java in Indonesia for tour.

It was 3 races that one short race and 2stage races. It was UCI category(2.2) stage race one

The teams from many countries.Indonesia,Philippine,Iran,and of course Taiwan.

The first race was not UCI.Just short race that 48km.

I wanted to help to Jarco when final sprint.

The race has always controled by T.P.T team.Nobody attacked from group.

i was catastroph a month ago, in Indonesia and the japan championship.

but now, having raced each and every week, now i managed to adjust to the racing level.

Woke up at 4:30 am Sunday, walked the dog, had my breakfast then very slowly left the house, still very tired, to ride 40km to the start area for the race. Not the best way to wake up on a Sunday morning!

when Shimano racing team was full gas to catch up the breakway of 2 riders 1minute ahead, i could not keep up with their pace. i was in good position in front, knowing they were going to play the game, but could not do anything.

but my condition is getting better now. better than in Indonesia, better than in Japan championship...but nothing is too late. just try my best…
