大甲繞圈賽

今年...大甲繞圈賽比起去年要來的好！

許多好手都來參賽了...

路線及距離都一樣，只有不同的是原同一天的賽程改為兩天。

第一天繞圈賽... 44公里/每圈11公里/共四圈。

以前很怕繞圈賽，因為速度很快，每個轉彎都在做間歇，沒幾次就開了。

現在經驗有一些了，比較冷靜清楚位子的判斷，也比較了解在什麼時候是可以休息，

不會傻傻分不清，一直亂鑽亂竄的跑來跑去的，把自己累得要死...

捷安特杯

從爪挖回來狂瘦公斤
躺在床上將近要一個月的時間
捷安特盃前一個禮拜才開始練習(我稱它為復健)
捷安特杯只是想知道我重病一個月
跟大家差了多少要多久才能回復到爪哇前的狀況
要多久才能超越環泰的狀況
捷安特杯結束了我大致上也有了底和計畫
還是一樣最低消費就是能幫上LEE的忙
讓我們富士亞洲車隊能連續登上頒獎台
比賽就是要一直為車隊的主將工作

a very short notice we found out that the Giant Cup will be held this weekend in Taichung! yeehaw! i need to race. training and no racing isn't much fun, and motivation is sometimes a problem when you have weeks between racing - but luckily we have a crit on saturday and a hill climb sunday, and then i will do a ITT and TTT at the old airport in taichung next week too.

Fuji-Asia Java Report on cyclingnewsasia.com...

java was brrrrrrrrrrrrrrilliant! amazing place, great race, and i was going much better than expected - suprisingly so. the results don't show it though, i was too conservative, but on the last day i attacked like a mad man, great fun... check out the report at the link below!

2010 Tour de East Java

今年2010是我第二次來到印尼比賽,

在去年來的時候是八月今年則是六月,

也許是怕八月太熱就提前了到六月比賽.

第一天到了印尼已經很晚了,當地時間晚上十二點,

再從機場到飯店要座3.5小時的車,在車上大家一路睡得東倒西歪.

由於比賽日期是星期五,所以我們提前兩天到先去適應環境,

今年真的有很大的改善,去年來的時候真的很慘,

住的不像是人住的,吃的不是人吃的,真的是不好的回憶,

2010 虎尾繞圈賽+環雲林公路賽。

這次的雲林賽事一共是兩天，第一天是高鐵繞圈賽大約32KM，第二天是公路賽80KM。

去年也有來雲林高鐵站比過繞圈，果然還是一樣的非常非常熱。

菁英組是下午一點左右開始，太陽非常炎熱，由於車隊的大將們都去環東爪哇，所以這次賽事只有我單兵作戰。

tour of east java!!!

at last i can blog again!

we are in east Java now, me, Sony, Sam, Fan the Man and new member of the team, Vincent Ang. it's hot, hard and lots of fun - so far. the lace is beautiful, the people are amazing - we had a parade the other day, literally thousands of people turned out on the street. we were driven around in rickshaws, but me and Fan ended up on a horse-drawn cart! i said "hello!" to people, and got a hundred replies, a hundred smiles. these people had no idea who

六月 18~20 UCI 2.2 環東爪哇塞 (印度尼西亞)

UCI 2.2 環東爪哇賽即將於六月十八號開賽.

今年, 一共 20 隊國際車對受邀參加. 總獎金金額也高達 $22,000 美元. 開賽日將由去年冠軍 Andrey Mizurov 領騎.

全程三天, 總長 367.1 公里都是以 Tulungagung 市為起點及終點. 第一天 111.7 公里, 公路賽. 第二天也是公路賽, 賽程最長154.9km. 主辦單位認為第二天的賽事應該是最困難的, 因為其中有一個陡坡, 快速提升到海拔 382公尺. 第三天是繞圈賽, 100.5 公里.

北宜公路

北宜公路賽雖然短可是都是爬坡
雖然爬很緩可是強度高
比賽一開始大家都很保守
因為坡很緩人人都有機會奪冠
所以開始的速度忽快忽慢
集團都先消磨選手的體力
直到看到第一個都山點
GIANT的彭貴祥從右側開動一波攻擊
他一個人攻擊出去想搶都山點
可是在登山點前不到一百公尺被集團吞沒
過沒多久LEE就自己攻擊出去
沒有人跟追上去因為大家都因為彭貴祥的攻擊
讓大家有點疲累都在回復體能
再到終點前一公里左右的時候第二登山點也是LEE拿下
最後是LEE突圍成功單飛進終點
恭喜LEE得到冠軍和登山王
