2009 Tour de okinawa 小經理的沖繩日誌---出發、賽前一天

Sorry Sorry Sorry ！
最近真是忙到昏頭，所以沖繩的網誌現在才po上來！
準備好要開始聽故事了嗎？(笑)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

環沖繩前兩周...Chris開完刀隔天，mail給我說他狀況很不樂觀！
短時間內都還無法走路！
我必須自己一個人帶隊去沖繩比賽！

我想說絕對ok的啦！
今年也去了泰國、印尼的UCI比賽~
License Control 、 Manager meeting也都見識過了！
handle整個車隊參加比賽兩天，OK的啦！

-----------------2009.11.05 出發當天------------------------------------

我們跟中華隊搭同一班飛機！
一切都還算順利，雖然在桃園機場有發生一些小Trouble~
但是，能用錢就解決的都還事小！
只是...聽說上次East Java時有人錯過回程的班機！
所以...之後每次上飛機前都要確認一下，都到齊了才行！(笑)

一個小時15分鐘的飛行...機上的餐點→三明治難吃到爆>.<
還有入境沖繩過海關的速度比烏龜下蛋還慢！>.<
因為海關人員一直我們要住哪裡？可是......nobody keow ~
So...只好亂掰一個名護市民會館！還要註明是Tour de OKINAWA Cycling Race才過關！

一出機場就看見Mimi來接機！還有大陸的翻譯人員~
以及很久不見的KUMA

那時...肚子真是餓到不行，看見Peter很開心的在嗑他從台灣帶來的『饅頭』~

Wooooooo....台灣饅頭一級棒！！
我就趕快也拿一顆來嗑~

之後我們坐了2小時的巴是從機場到名護，大家在車上睡得東倒西歪！

當中就屬日本人睡姿最端正......(笑)

到了Hotel後第一件事『吃午餐』！
一進餐廳Tom、Kuma、Fan大呼：『Woo..高級喔！』
可能是上次East Java每天的黑炒飯+咖啡把他們嚇壞了(笑)

吃完中餐後，Malaysia、Chinese Taipei、Fuji大家一起在大廳組車！

而我去處理Check in的雜事！
然後發生了一件讓我很傻眼的事~
when I was check in, the organizer asked me, "Are you a boy?"(in Japanese)
大會人員看到我居然問我：『你是男的嗎？』(用日文)
Sony：『WHAT???』
she asked：『 Are you a boy or a girl』
OS： I haven't been said that I'm a boy after I was 5!! then what happened??? >.<
我自從5歲以後就沒再被人家說過是小弟弟了！所以...現在是發生什麼事？
後來才知道因為她在檢查大家的護照，而我剛好忘了把我的護照交出去！
she saw the picture on Peter or Fan's passport with long hair and she thought that was mine >.<
所以她把我跟護照上Fan、Peter的長髮照給搞錯了！(暈倒)

怒：還是差很多好嗎？><

下午，選手們就去練車， 騎一個半小時左右！
the rider go to cycling at 4 pm, about 1 and half hour
我在hotel幫選手刷水壺，整理每次比賽帶來的一堆家當！
之後幫Kuma按摩，吃晚餐！
and i do massage for Kuma , and we go to eat the dinner !!
比賽最輕鬆的第一天就這樣結束了~
the first and the easiest day was over

--------------------------------------------11.06 Day 2 ------------------------------------------

7：30 Breakfast
8：30 Departure from hotel to elementary school with Porsche

當大家都很準時的在大廳集合 When everybody was prepared well to go !!
The organizer say：『I'm so sorry !! the time i tell you was wrong !! is 9:30 』
大會負責人(就問我是不是男生的那個)
她跑來跟我說：『對不起，我把時間寫錯了！你們應該是九點半要出發才對！』(In Japanese)
Sony：『WHAT???』OS：『 S....x.....I....x.....』
挖哩勒，她是在耍我們嗎？Tom這樣說。
所以...我們又回到各自的房間去，9點半再下來集合！！
So..we all back to our room ,and wait 9：30 !!!!

9：30 我們很準時的到大廳集合
9：30 we went to the lobby on time !!!

但是...大會的車子遲到了20分鐘！
but the car (for manager sit) was late about 20 min >.p style="text-align:left">

所以我們一直在大廳等！終於車子來了～出發！！
so we wait a long time in lobby ~and the car was came @.@

表演完，老師說要玩猜拳遊戲！
Tom 問我現在要幹麻？我就騙他說猜拳猜輸的要背小孩繞一圈！(笑)
Tom ask me what should we doing now??
and I played a trick on him by telling him that he need to played the paper, scissors, stone with the kids and the loser has to bear the winner and walk a circle !!
So....↑↑↑(look at the pic ) ha..ha..ha..

選手們要跟小朋友猜拳，輸的就要搭在贏的肩膀上~繼續跟下一個人猜(這遊戲有名字嗎？)
ok,the real game is everyone need to play the paper, scissors, stone each others and the loser has to put his or her hand on the winner's shoulder, and then continues playing with the next person

Kuma好像玩的很開心的樣子！
Kuma looks very happy to play with the kids !!!

We play play play and...become that ↑↑↑at last has a winner
一直猜下去，就變成一條龍！最後會有一個贏家~

『歡迎來到天底小學』(全校只有100多人！) the school only have around 100 students !!
我們台灣隨便一個小學都上千人ㄧㄝ！In Taiwan each school have thousand students !!

找找看。我們的選手在哪裡？？

Super star 『 Yusuke 』←(Kuma的本名)
那些小朋友超可愛的，一直說他們其中也有一個人叫『Yusuke』
所以從頭到尾就一直巴著Kuma， Yusuke Yusuke的叫來叫去！(笑)

When the elementary school program finished , the rider ride back to hotel ~
小學活動結束後，跟pocsche車隊，大家再一起騎回hotel !!

回到飯店，吃完午餐，選手們就回到房間休息了！！
We back to hotel eat the lunch ,after the riders back to their room to take a rest !!
而我就走路去附近的全家買選手們要喝的水、可樂！
And i went to the family mart to buy something for riders by walk !!
because the riders say the convinent is very near the hotel , last then 1 km ~
因為選手跟我說全家離飯店『很近』，所以我就走路去！
我說.....騎車跟走路真的差很多，『很近』？？1km的確滿近的！
but if you catch the two big bottle of water and coke, last then 1 km was very very far !
但是...扛著幾桶重的要死的水跟可樂就很遠好嗎>.<


-------------4pm Licence control 、Manager metting ---------------------------------------------

16：00 Licence Control

我說當天一早，大會負責人就一直抓著我跟我要我的Manager Licence !!!
In the morning the organizer always tell me they need my Manager Licence,but we are not Continental team ~
哇哩勒，我哪來的Manager Licence 啊？我們又不是Continental車隊！
可是她就一附要是沒有licence天會塌下來一樣！日本人做事很嚴格就是這樣~
所以我只好打電話回台灣求救，最後....我打電話給自由車協會，請他們傳真一張證明我是Manager 的公文過來！
So..i call the Chinese Taipei cycling assoiation to FAX them a offical paper to tell them 『I'm the manager 』

So................................................↓↓↓↓

哈哈！有史以來最年輕的Manager，老實說我看到這張就很得意！(笑)
其它，一切都還滿順利的~
只是...不知道為什麼Pater的licence後面有一欄資料寫得跟人家不一樣不知道是協會印錯了還是怎樣？
照理來說，那一欄應該要寫『ME』(Men Elite)，結果他的是『MM』(Men Men)？？
所以裁判就一直抓著我問說這是怎樣？？
哇阿災？？我就跟他說應該是協會印錯了！
後來他好像也想通了，所以 Licence control 才讓我們通過！
呼~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

之後Manager metting !!!!
讓我見識到日本人的準時，準時開始、準時結束！恰恰好一小時，分秒不差。屌~
然後每個經理要領隊車，開回飯店！！
一切都結束後，回到hotel已經六點半！
趕快Call選手們一起下去吃晚餐！！怕他們已經餓壞了>.p style="text-align:left">

晚餐結束，要開車隊會議！
我說....我真的不適合當經理，我是很好的『執行者』沒錯~
但是如果要我當『發號司令，做決定者』？？
我才18歲，他們隨便一個人都比我大上9歲，憑什麼什麼事都要聽我的？有時我會這樣想~
最難的部份大概就是...心態調適上這點，還有『責任』，一個經理要承受的責任跟助理還是有差！

所以常常要決定問題時，我會問每個人，我要聽每個人的意見！
之後，再做決定。

我覺得要清楚自己是什麼角色這點很重要，車手就是車手、助理就是助理、經理就是經理！
因為當事情很多時，每個人清楚知道自己是什麼角色，該做什麼事，事情就會變很簡單！
大家做起事來也會比較輕鬆。

所以...這需要大家一起慢慢學習瞜！
不過不管是經理還是助理都有一個共通點→要像超人一樣，什麼事都要會！
