第二天更慘 / The weather got worse...

今天就沒這麼幸運. 雨從昨晚就沒停過. 大家一致投票室內練. 於是 Chris 就安排先一小時室外, 接著是內 "特種訓練"./ The riders are not as lucky today. The rain never stopped since last night. Everyone voted to train indoor hoping it would be easier. So today the training plan is 1 hour outdoor easy ride, then indoor "Chris Lintaman Special" training program.
出門前 Fan 真的很想帶雨傘一起騎車. / At first Fan wished to bring an umbrella to training!

室外回來後, 一開始大家都以為賺到了. 從室外近來, 換了衣服, 暖暖的跳上訓練台. 還有說有笑的. / Coming back from the outdoor everyone was happy to get out of the rain and cold. Changed their clothing and jumped on the trainers happily.

我相信大家心裡還都在暗爽不用再淋雨了. 其實是誤上賊船... / I'm sure they thought this way were easier than training outdoor. Ha ha ha.. little do they know!

Boy 是我們新加坡代理商的選手. 因為三月要一起參加 OCBC 的比賽, 現在與 Kuma 來台集訓./ Boy is a rider from our Singapore distributor. He will be riding with Team Fuji Asia for OCBC race in Singapore in March. So he is here for a pre-race tune up.

Fan 今天室內全程騎滾筒沒停下過一次. 技術不錯, 非常穩. / Fan rode the roller today. For the entire hour and half he did not stop for 1 second!! Great skill, very smooth!

Kuma 來台灣一個月後已經瘦掉三公斤. 之前 72kg, 昨天量 69kg. 好吧, 賞他一顆牛札糖吧! / After coming back to Taiwan, Kuma has already lost 3kg in a month. He is allow to have one piece of milk candy tonight!

Sam 這兩天都從新竹來回. 比較辛苦. 可能還有點不好意思 (要不然就是太多女朋友要照顧了 喝喝). 明天應該會住下來. / For the past two days, Sam commutes from Shinchu. Either he is still a bit shy, but we think he actually has "girlfriend" duty at night. hehehe... Tomorrow he is finally staying overnight.
兩個小時後, 大家的臉都變形了. 現在後悔已經來不即了. After two hours of "special" program, everyone is suffering and regretting choosing training indoor today!!
